Steinel Recycling - Turning Trash into Treasure!
Imagine you're in your kitchen, holding a empty yogurt cup. You could chuck it in the bin, right? Wrong! That's where our superheroes at Steinel Recycling GmbH & Co. KG come in. They're on a mission to turn your trash into treasure, one yogurt cup at a time!
Who are these recycling rockstars?
Steinel Recycling is a family-owned business based in Germany. They've been around since 1987, making them recycling veterans! They're all about turning waste into valuable resources, and they do it with a smile. It's like they're the recycling world's version of a magician, pulling rabbits out of hats - but instead of rabbits, it's shiny, new plastic!
How do they do it?
Let's dive into their magical process. First, they collect all sorts of plastic waste - from yogurt cups to car parts. Then, they sort it, clean it, and shred it into tiny flakes. It's like giving your old toys a haircut, but with giant machines!

Next, they heat these flakes until they melt into a gooey, golden liquid. This liquid is then squeezed through tiny holes, creating long, thin strands. Once cooled, these strands are chopped into tiny pellets. And voilà! You've got new plastic ready to be made into something amazing!
What do they make?
These recycled pellets are used to create all sorts of new products. From garden furniture to car parts, they're everywhere! Even the plastic in your favorite toy might have started life as an old yogurt cup. Isn't that amazing?
Steinel Recycling is also big on sustainability. They use renewable energy sources and aim to recycle as much plastic as possible. They're like the recycling world's version of a green thumb, turning waste into a blooming, beautiful garden of new plastic!
Let's be recycling heroes too!
Steinel Recycling can't do it alone. They need your help! So next time you've got an empty yogurt cup, don't throw it away. Rinse it, squish it, and pop it in the recycling bin. You'll be helping to create something new and wonderful!
Remember, every piece of plastic you recycle is a tiny victory in the war against waste. So, let's all be recycling heroes and help Steinel Recycling turn trash into treasure!
