What's Körperwelten all about?

Imagine if you could step inside a real-life science textbook, where you can see, touch, and even smell the wonders of the human body. That's exactly what Körperwelten is all about! This incredible exhibition is like a journey through the human body, from the tiniest cell to the largest organ. It's like having a superpower that lets you see what's usually hidden from our eyes.

Meet Gunther von Hagens, the Master of Plastination

Now, you might be wondering, how on earth do they make this possible? Well, that's all thanks to one amazing man: Gunther von Hagens. He's the brain behind this whole operation, and he's revolutionized the way we learn about our bodies. He invented a process called plastination, which replaces fluids in bodies with a special plastic, preserving them and making them durable enough to display. It's like giving bodies a new lease on life, so they can teach us all about the human form.

What can you expect to see?

Get ready to be amazed, because Körperwelten has some seriously cool exhibits. You'll see bodies in action, performing everything from playing the piano to practicing martial arts. There's even a body that's been sliced in half to show you what's going on inside. It's like having a personal tour guide through the human body, and it's guaranteed to blow your mind!

But wait, there's more!

Körperwelten isn't just about the bodies – it's about the people who made them what they are. You'll learn about athletes, yogis, and even a 200-year-old man! Each body has a story to tell, and this exhibition lets you hear it loud and clear.

So, what are you waiting for?
